1. Arrive before the gate closes at 5.00pm. We move as one room, from the first breath to the last.

2. No talking on the floor. Talk before, talk after, and let the dance be wordless.

3. Nothing to alter you but the music. No alcohol, no drugs, no intoxicants of any kind.

4. Phones silent and out of sight. No photographs, no video.
