A rising star in the world of Indian classical music, Siddharth Garud brings the timeless beauty of the sitar to Sabha. A disciple of Ustad Shahid Parvez Khan and sitar maestro Shakir Khan, Siddharth’s music is a seamless blend of tradition and innovation. Having trained in vocal and harmonium before embracing the sitar at 14, he has since won prestigious competitions, including the 50th edition of Mood Indigo at IIT Bombay.
Siddharth’s collaborations push the boundaries of the sitar, keeping its essence intact while exploring new musical terrains. His talent has earned him the admiration of maestros like Anindo Chatterjee, Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, and Flute Jayanth, among many others.
