About the event
Mamoru Oshii’s Angel’s Egg is a near-wordless, surreal odyssey through a drowned, decaying world.
A young girl guards a mysterious egg while a shadowy man follows, questioning her faith and purpose.
With Yoshitaka Amano’s haunting visuals and a sparse score, it feels like a moving painting or waking dream.
Beautiful, opaque, and deeply spiritual, it rewards patience far more than explanation.
